做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
