做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
