做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
